To all students of the film final project, the following is the schedule of the Final Project process and the list of final project supervisors. Please note the following:

1. Contact the advisors immediately at this time because the amount of guidance needed to be able to attend Final Defense is 8x GUIDANCE.

2. If student have 2 advisors, then the minimum number of guidance is divided equally (2x first advisor and 2x second advisor)

3. Download the guidance sheet from the Student > film.umn.ac.id website > Download > Thesis Folder Study-creation of Thesis > Template > Thesis Card > KS 3

4. The guidance sheet (KS 3) must always be signed by the lecturer and you every time the guidance

5. Advisor have the right to refuse to fill in the Guidance Target on the KS 3 form if the student has no progress

6. Does not meet the minimum amount of guidance at the time of submitting the report for the Report Eligibility process, students are NOT ELIGIBLE to attend the defense process.

7. Please pay attention to any information from Final Project group as well as the Final Project Socialization PDF as questions regarding everything that has been informed, will not be served.

8. Immediately fill in the Final Project data in MyUMN. The guide can be seen on MyUMN in the guidebook section. If you fill in late, it is certain that the Final Project of the Student concerned cannot be assessed and processed.

9. Filling in the MyUMN Final Project must be according to the type of final project (the assessment must choose the thesis option and other topics choose the Final Project option). The lecturer does not know the layout of your MyUMN filling. Read the Guide in the MyUMN Handbooks section.

10. Period selection matters may be asked to the BIA.

11. Fill in the period incorrectly, the coordinator cannot change any data. Please go to BIA.
