The following is the schedule for Pitching process. Please note the following:

1. Collect softcopies of the final CHAPTER 1 and CHAPTER 2 reports that you have made in PDF form into the following google drive folder (use UMN Email)   

2. Google Drive Link:….

3. Prepare a PPT containing an explanation of the concept of your work and your final project report for each member (CHAPTER 1 and CHAPTER 2)

4. The trial process will be carried out per group (Each group will enter simultaneously when it is the turn of the first group member to the session)

5. Each group will be given 10 minutes of presentation time

6. The question and answer session will last for a minimum of 20 minutes

7. Students are required to be punctual (delays of more than 10 minutes will be considered absent and will not be assessed) (students must be ready 30 minutes before the hearing as a prevention of the previous hearing from finishing sooner)

8. Wear polite and neat clothes.

9. Pitching Process score obtained will reflect each member of the group (not as a group)

10. The value from Pitching Process will be used in the value component for the final Session
