THESIS SUBMISSION AND ELIGIBILITY PROCESS OF PROJECT AND THESIS REPORT
The following is the Thesis Submission and Eligibility Process Of Project And Thesis Report. Please note the following:
A. SUBMISSION OF REPORT ELIGIBILITY PROCESS
1. Immediately process the request for Turnitin results and attach the Turnitin results digitally in the softcopy of thesis writing (only the total percentage of all chapters).
2. Also attach a softcopy of the thesis guidance sheet (KS3) to the thesis writing (Minimum 8x guidance with lecturer approval to be submitted to the trial process)
3. If the number of thesis guidance is less than 8x, then the student will not be able to participate in the trial process.
4. If students have 2 supervisors, then the number of mentors is divided equally (4x supervisor one and 4x supervisor two)
5. Thesis writing is collected no later than the date ............. on google drive.
6. Students are required to collect softcopies of thesis writing in PDF format and Works (one group only one folder) which will be uploaded in the google drive folder that has been provided according to their respective topics
(WRITING THESES AND WORKS MUST BE COLLECTED IN A PREDETERMINED FOLDER BY CREATING A NEW FOLDER WITH A NAMA_NIM_TOPIK NAMING FORMAT, Example: John_00000087656_FLS)

Notes: any symbols such as "_" and "–" must be retyped if the google drive link does not work
7. Softcopy of thesis writing and project must be uploaded into the folder provided. For Pengkajian topics, in addition to the Thesis Writing folder, please enter the thesis in the Project for Pengkajian folder section as well.
8. Softcopy collection no later than 19:00 and Google Drive folder access will be locked at 19:00 as well.
9. Students are required to immediately register FNIP in MyUMN Final Project if not yet (not FNIP Defense Register), because the data will be used by BIA to process the schedule and TA scores of the students concerned (NEGLIGENCE IN FNIP REGISTRATION SUCH AS BEING LATE OR FORGETTING RESULTS IN STUDENTS NOT BEING ABLE TO TRIAL AND THE TRIAL GRADES CANNOT BE PROCESSED).
10. When filling in the thesis type in the FNIP Register system on MyUMN, the Thesis option is for Pengkajian and the TA option is for Penciptaan
11. The lecturer does not know the layout of filling MyUMN for the student's Final Project. Read the Guide to Final Project in the MyUMN Handbook section.
12. Final Project period can be asked to BIA.
13. Incorrectly fill in the period data in MyUMN, the Final Project coordinator cannot change any data. Please go to BIA or IT (Wrong fill period = do not appear on the schedule during the final hearing hearing).
B. ELIGIBILITY DEFENSE PROCESS OF REPORTS AND PROJECT
1. The Project and Report Eligibility Defense Process will be carried out without a face-to-face hearing or via Zoom and the scores from the Project and Report Eligibility Hearing will be used as a component of the Final Defense assessment
2. The lecturer concerned will assess every writing and work from students without conducting a face-to-face trial process with students.
3. Eligibility Score will not be published
